AI Engineer Remote/Hybrid 🚀 Key Responsibilities
Your role will be centered on the company’s core AI/ML initiatives, including:
Model Development: Researching, designing, and implementing state-of-the-art Deep Learning models in Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Generative AI domains.
Product Integration: Deploying and maintaining developed AI models in scalable, production-ready environments (such as cloud platforms – AWS/Azure/GCP).
Research & Innovation: Continuously monitoring the latest scientific literature and industry trends, and translating that knowledge into practical, business-driving solutions.
Data Pipelining: Building and optimizing data processing and data augmentation pipelines to create high-quality training datasets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Software Engineers to successfully deliver AI-powered features.
AI Engineer Remote/Hybrid 🎯 Required Qualifications & Skills
This is a senior/mid-level role requiring a solid technical foundation:
Education: Master’s Degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical field is preferred.
Experience: 3 to 7+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML model development and production deployment.
Programming: Excellent proficiency in Python. In-depth knowledge of major Deep Learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
Specialization (Must Have one): Deep experience in at least one of the following areas:
Computer Vision: Object Detection, Image Segmentation, GANs, or Transformer-based vision models.
NLP: Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformer architectures (BERT, GPT), or Text Generation/Summarization.
Generative AI: Experience with Diffusion Models, Stable Diffusion, or other content generation technology.
Cloud & Deployment: Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and deploying models on any major cloud platform (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or Google AI Platform).
AI Engineer Remote/Hybrid 🎁 Bonus Qualifications

Experience with MLOps (Machine Learning Operations) and CI/CD pipelines.
