We are launching our flagship Women Returnship Program 2026 Batch – a structured 12-month journey designed exclusively for talented women who took a career break and now want to make a strong comeback into senior marketing roles. 90%+ participants from previous batches are now full-time Marketing leaders with us.

What You’ll Do in First 12 Months

  • Month 1–2: Structured onboarding + upskilling in latest tools & trends
  • Month 3–6: Work on live high-impact projects under a mentor (ex-Unilever, P&G, Google marketers)
  • Month 7–12: Lead your own campaigns / growth experiments / brand initiatives
  • Get 1:1 executive coaching, LinkedIn branding sessions, and flexible working hours

Women Returnship Program Must Required Background (before break)

  • 4–12 years of marketing experience in Consumer Internet, D2C, FMCG, FinTech, EdTech, or Consulting
  • Previously handled budgets >₹5 Cr or led campaigns that reached 1M+ users
  • Owned P&L, growth metrics, or brand strategy in past roles

We Especially Welcome Women Who

  • Took break for childcare, elder care, relocation, higher studies, or personal reasons
  • Are hungry to learn GenAI tools, new-age performance marketing, and short-form content
