Job Overview: Tezthink web solutions is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Work from Home Call Center Executive to join our team. In this role, you will handle customer interactions from the comfort of your home, ensuring high-quality service and support. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound calls effectively from a home-based setup.
Provide accurate information regarding products/services and resolve customer queries or complaints.
Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers as needed to ensure issues are addressed promptly.
Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve team goals.
Handle and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using computers and call center software.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
Skills Required:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage time effectively and multitask.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
