Job Overview: Tezthink web solutions is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Work from Home Call Center Executive to join our team. In this role, you will handle customer interactions from the comfort of your home, ensuring high-quality service and support. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls effectively from a home-based setup.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products/services and resolve customer queries or complaints.

  • Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.

  • Follow up with customers as needed to ensure issues are addressed promptly.

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets.

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve team goals.

  • Handle and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

  • Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in using computers and call center software.

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and multitask.

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
